Raw Quinoa & Chia Chocolate Porridge

 This is a great grab and go breakfast to prepare the night before. It is a cross between overnight oats and Chia pudding however rather than traditional rolled oats I have used Quinola Quinoa Flakes as they are a great gluten free protein packed alternative. Chi’s chocolate coconut milk makes this creamy and chocolaty breakfast taste more like a dessert than a nutritious healthy way to start the day and topped with some fresh berries coconut flakes and choc shot syrup you will be full and satisfied until lunch time.

Ingredients:

4 Tablespoon Quinola Quinoa Flakes

2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Nibs

330ml of Chi Chocolate Coconut Milk

Sweet Freedom Choc Shot

Berries

Coconut Chips

Method

– Put  the quinoa flakes, chia seeds, cacao and coconut milk in a bowl, stir and allow to set overnight in the fridge.

-Top as desired with berries, coconut flakes and sweet freedom choc shot.
